My aim is to create working environments in which people feel comfortable and can act in accordance with their values and needs. Emotions and conflicts are acknowledged as valuable sources of information for finding the best possible solutions.

Martin Danel
With heart and clarity, I help people to realise their full potential without losing themselves in the process. My combination of empathy, experience and a clear, pragmatic approach characterises me.
